Blaine has training and expertise in helping you address these issues and replace ineffective patterns with new, healthy ways of thinking and acting that empower you to live a happier life.

bigstock-Beautiful-Woman-Doing-Breath-E-56099051In individual therapy, Blaine can help you effectively address personal issues such as anxiety , depression, post-divorce adjustment, anger management, spiritual crisis, sex and love addiction, grief recovery, and stress management.Sessions are generally 50 minutes in length. In the initial session, we will identify the problem(s) that is causing you unhappiness or stress in your life. Blaine then helps create a treatment plan for that problem(s) that is effective for you and begins implementing the treatment immediately. He may provide you with homework, as needed, based on the issue you’re working on.

Blaine’s style tends to be directive, in that heguides you toward results that are meaningful. Clients find that his direct approach helps them achieve their goals quicker.
