In individual therapy, Blaine can help you effectively address personal issues such as anxiety , depression, post-divorce adjustment, anger management, spiritual crisis, sex and love addiction, grief recovery, and stress management. Sessions are generally 50 minutes in length. In the initial session, we will identify the problem(s) that is causing you unhappiness or stress in your life. Blaine then helps create a treatment plan for that problem(s) that is effective for you and begins implementing the treatment immediately. He may provide you with homework, as needed, based on the issue you’re working on.
